Dismantling the myth that bread is not good
Bastones are delicious. Ripping them with your bare hands does improve the flavor.. Arthur Avenue makes fine fresh Bastones.

How do you feel about nuts and cranberries and olives and flax seeds and what not being mixed in with bread?
I’m not inherently opposed but I often feel they’re a distraction from a fundamental weakness in the bread
